1.6: You understand that the "Prophet HFT Bot" is solely for passing HFT Challenges, it is not to be used on a broker, live funded account or non-HFT challenge.

2.  Refund/ Cancellation Policy​

2.1: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not issued once a purchase is complete. This is why it's important you have read the product description, verified compatibility and understand the features prior to purchasing.

2.2: (EXCEPTION) We're committed to fairness, if you encounter a technical issue caused by the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You must allow us to troubleshoot and attempt to fix the problem. If we cannot fix the issue, we will issue a full refund. This also leaves no excuses to chargeback. Any customer who initiates a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider before contacting us will be permanently banned from future purchases and software access may be revoked where applicable.

2.3: If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

• All disputes must be handled privately through arbitration or direct settlement.
