Refund & CancellationPolicy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not issued once a purchase is complete. This is why it's important you have read the product description, verified compatibility and understand the features prior to purchasing.

(EXCEPTION) We're committed to fairness, if you encounter a technical issue caused by the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You must allow us to troubleshoot and attempt to fix the problem. If we cannot fix the issue, we will issue a full refund. This also leaves no excuses to chargeback. Any customer who initiates a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider before contacting us will be permanently banned from future purchases and software access may be revoked where applicable.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
